Zahra Haqilla Bilqis joined Nurjadin Sumono Mulyadi & Partners (NSMP) in 2021. She graduated cum laude from the Faculty of Law at the University of Indonesia in 2021. During her studies at university, she actively participated in the Student Executive Board and in several legal competitions.
Zahra has been involved in assisting clients from numerous business sectors on various legal matters related to general corporate and commercial matters, acquisitions, and debt restructuring.
Zahra has provided general corporate assistance to private and public companies, such as preparing agreements and required documents for day-to-day business operations. She has represented the Indonesia Group Companies in the sale and purchase of shares to a foreign company. With debt restructuring, she has assisted several companies in preparing documents and agreements and ensuring regulatory compliance regarding the debt restructuring process.
She has passed the Indonesian Bar Exam held by the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) in 2021.
Zahra is fluent in English and Indonesian.
