Fathia joined Nurjadin Sumono Mulyadi & Partners (NSMP) as an associate in 2023. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Indonesia in 2022.
Fathia focuses her practice on general corporate commercial matters, corporate litigation, and industrial relations disputes. She provides advice and assistance for both domestic and international clients in various business sectors.
At NSMP Fathia has been involved in major transactions relating to mergers and acquisitions and has been a member of teams that assists clients in various other matters such as financing, employment/labour, mining, and general corporate matters.
Fathia has also taken courses such as Introduction to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) held by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) in July 2020 and Pendidikan Khusus Profesi Advokat (PKPA) in February 2022.
Fathia is fluent in English and Indonesian.
