Palestiniaty joined Nurjadin Sumono Mulyadi & Partners (NSMP) in 2019. Palestiniaty gained her Bachelor of Law from Padjadjaran University in 2018 with a cum laude predicate. Throughout her studies, Palestiniaty was involved in law competitions such moot courts and others.
Palestiniaty has rendered legal advice to clients on general corporate matters and commercial transactions, acquisitions, capital investment, insurance, labour and employment, and industrial relations disputes.
Palestiniaty has assisted in the acquisition of local companies and was involved in advising local and foreign companies on acquisition structures. Palestiniaty has also assisted in preparing agreements and required documents for day-to-day companies’ business activities. Palestiniaty has assisted in advising and preparing required documents for the general meeting of shareholders of several companies. Palestiniaty was also involved in advising listed companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange related to information disclosure, affiliated transactions, conflicts of interest, and material transactions. Palestiniaty has assisted in advising insurance companies. She has also represented local companies in the mediation process and court proceedings in relation to employment termination and preparing the required documents. Palestiniaty has assisted several clients in the termination of employment and preparing the required documents. She has also assisted clients in court proceedings related to tort and preparing the required documents.
Palestiniaty has passed the Advocate Examination held by the Indonesian Advocates Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia – PERADI).
Palestiniaty is fluent in English and Indonesian.
