Monika Saraswati joined Nurjadin Sumono Mulyadi & Partners ("NSMP") in 2022. She graduated from the University of Indonesia with a degree in law in 2014. She started her legal career in 2014 where she handled various civil and criminal litigation cases and general corporate matters.
As an associate, Monika focuses her practice on the aviation industry, diversifying from aircraft leasing to aircraft financing. Monika has had exposure to various legal matters in general corporate, capital investment, mergers and acquisitions, oil and gas, and energy. She has also been involved with both foreign and domestic clients in the establishment of companies that engage in various lines of business.
Monika is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia – PERADI).
Monika is fluent in English and Indonesian.
