Arip Sapta Aji joined Nurjadin Sumono Mulyadi & Partners (NSMP) in 2022. He graduated from Trisakti University and is a former President of the Trisakti Art and Culture Unit, a student organization which engages in activities pertaining to art and culture, such as music, theatre, dance, and event organizing.
Prior to joining NSMP, Arip worked in several boutique law firms where he was engaged in general corporate matters, foreign investment, bankruptcy and debt restructuring, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. He also has an interest in capital markets, financial services, and the technology sector.
Aji passed his training to become a Capital Market Legal Consultant from the Indonesian Capital Market Legal Consultants Association (HKHPM) and is looking forward to obtaining his license from the Indonesian Financial Service Authority (OJK). He has also completed his training as a Receiver and Administrator in Bankruptcy under the Indonesian Receiver and Administrator Association (AKPI) and is registered as a Certified Legal Auditor at the Indonesian Legal Auditor Association (ASAHI). He is currently a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) and the Indonesian Personal Data Protection Forum (IPDPF).
Aji is fluent in English and Indonesian.
