Putri Hermawan joined Nurjadin Sumono Mulyadi & Partners (NSMP) in 2022. She graduated from the University of Indonesia with a Notarial Master's degree in 2022. Before joining NSMP, Putri worked in a reputable notary office; during her time there, Putri assisted in the notary's day-to-day work, namely, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and professionalism of legal documents. It was also Putri’s responsibility to assist the notary in preparing multiple affidavits and ensuring the clients understood the executed documents.
As an associate, Putri has rendered her advisory services to clients on various legal matters, such as corporate law, private law, employment industrial services, foreign investment, commercial disputes, industrial relations disputes, and civil and criminal cases. Putri has also participated in the issuance process of sharia asset-backed securities in the form of a participation letter (EBAS-SP) for the Sharia Bank of Indonesia.
Putri has handled several general corporate matters for both international and domestic clients.
During her university years, Putri was an active student and was appointed as Vice Head of the Human Resources Development Department of the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Law from the University of Indonesia from 2017 until 2018. In addition, Putri was also actively involved in competitions. In 2018 Putri was able to secure 2nd place in the 6th Internal Contract Drafting competition.
Putri is fluent in English and Indonesian.
