Haikal Hanifah is an associate at Nurjadin Sumono Mulyadi & Partners (NSMP). He graduated from the University of Al-Azhar of Indonesia with a degree in law in 2012. Afterward, he joined NSMP as a trainee associate before continuing his studies at the University of Indonesia where he obtained a Master of Law degree in 2015.
Haikal focuses his practice on employment and industrial relations, foreign investment, and general corporate matters. During his career as a legal consultant, he has led various projects in connection to employment matters. He has advised various multinational companies in several business sectors related to employment compliance auditing, outsourcing, the preparation and negotiation of collective labour agreements as well as mass termination. He has also represented clients in various labour dispute matters.
In addition to Haikal’s expertise, he also has assisted both foreign and domestic clients in the establishment of companies that engage in various lines of business as well as advised them on their legal structure, general corporate issues, and licensing requirements.
During his career at NSMP, Haikal was assigned as a secondee at PT 3M Indonesia for just about 1 year.
Haikal is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia – PERADI).
Haikal is fluent in English and Indonesian.
