Fajar Riduan Siahaan first joined Nurjadin Sumono Mulyadi & Partners (NSMP) as an associate in 2013. He graduated in 2013 from the Faculty of Law of the University of Indonesia, where he took specialty in Law in Transnational Relations. During his first tenure at NSMP, he earned his Master of Law (LL.M.) in International Business Law in 2017 from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, Netherlands. In 2021, he worked in a Korean affiliated firm. He joined NSMP once again in 2022.
Fajar focuses his work in legal advisory and assistance to domestic and foreign clients on various legal matters on foreign investment, mineral and coal mining, land and property, construction, industrial relations, commercial dispute and criminal cases.
While working at NSMP, he was awarded as one of “Indonesia Rising Stars 2021” by Asian Legal Business. He is a licensed advocate under Indonesian law. He is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Organization (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia).
Fajar is fluent in English and Indonesian.
